Q: What Currency is on the Website?
A: New Zealand Dollars is displayed, all orders will be charged in this currency
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You also can checkout using your PayPal account. You will have the option when checking out.
Q: Will I be paying sales tax on my order?
A: UK Foods is only required to collect sales tax on purchases made in New Zealand.
Q: Does Pranachic ship internationally?
A: No, at present we only ship within New Zealand.
Q: Why have I not received any emails about the order I just placed or if it has shipped?
A: Please check your junk/spam/promotions folders if you have not received confirmation emails from UK Foods.
Q: When will my goods be shipped?
A: Our pick-packers at UK Foods operate from Tuesday to Thursday 8:30am to 4pm. We try our best to get all the orders placed until Thursday out of the warehouse for Courier pickup ASAP.
Q: Can I check the status or track my package?
A: Yes! As long as you were logged into your UK Foods account at the time you made your purchase, you can check the order status at any time. You can do this by logging into your account on the top right of any page. If you were not logged into your UK Foods account when you made your purchase, you will not be able to check the status. This cannot be changed after you make your purchase so be sure to be logged in.
Q: I entered the wrong information on my order. How can I change this?
A: If your order has not been shipped yet, please fill out the form on the right as soon as possible. If your order has already been sent, we will have wait for it to be returned to us before we can re-ship it out. Once we receive it back in our office, we will re-send it again. We regret adding in that you may have to pay to have it re-shipped if it was your error.
Q: I paid for faster shipping but my order arrived after the estimated time. Can I get my money back?
A: We cannot refund shipping charges – we have no ability to influence the shipping after it leaves our premises. We rely on NZ Post and other carriers after that. If it is a rush job – please let us know and we will endeavour to work with you to see if we can help.
Q: My order is a gift, will the package include pricing information?
A: Don’t worry – you will receive your invoice via email – our packages do not have any pricing information.
